Meet Jeff Kerestes
From playing in Hamilton on Broadway to Grammy Award winning Kid’s Albums, The Ukulele Project’s founder Jeff Kerestes has had a notable career as a professional musician. In addition to performing and touring the world with music for the past 20 years, Jeff’s passion is inspiring people to get playing themselves. Jeff has taught over 10,000 hours of in person lessons. He developed the Ukulele Project’s core ideas based on his time working with his students and his experiences as a student himself. In addition, his work with Non-Profits like Community Through Music (NYC) and Girls on the Run (Oregon) have helped to shape the format and curriculum of The Ukulele Project and The Ukulele Project Online.
